Deliveries

 

We are an Australian Owned Manufacturer and deliver our products Australia wide. Delivery costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Standard stock Items will be dispatched within 7 - 10 business days. For the following areas (Western Australia Regional, Northern Territory) please contact us for a freight quote.

Manufactured Items

Please allow approximately 17-20 working days from date of order or payment. Any Polished or Powder Coating orders can take up to 6 weeks from date of order.  

 

Payment Cash Sales

We accept payment via EFT, Visa, Mastercard.  

Payment is required prior to manufacture and dispatch of goods. 

Please note, we do not accept American Express or Diners Club. 

Claims and Returns

• No claims recognised after 14 days.
• Goods not accepted for return without prior approval.
• Freight charges on goods returned to be borne by customer.
• Special items manufactured to customer requirements including Powder Coated items will not be accepted for return.
• Items accepted for return may incur a 30% restocking fee.

Warranty

Hand Rail Industries products are fully guaranteed against faulty workmanship and material defects subject to normal wear and tear of the product for a period of 5 years.

Customer Service Policy

As an Australian owned Manufacturer, Hand Rail Industries is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are accurate and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfill  your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

Stainless Steel Care Guide

It is recommended regular cleaning be carried out with only mild detergent or cleaning compounds specifically made for stainless steel, then rinsed with water and wiped with a clean cloth. For powder coated surfaces, use only mild, non abrasive detergents.

You should satisfy yourself as to the suitability of the fasteners or obtain appropriate advice and assistance or instructions from a licensed trade person before affixing or installing any Hand Rail Industries products. Any publication or instructions are intended  as an aid only and not as a substitute for professional judgement.

To the extent permitted by law, Hand Rail Industries does not provide any warranty in relationship to any Powder Coated items including U-Build range or items that have movable parts.
