CLAIMS & RETURNS
No claims recognised after 14 days.
Goods not accepted for return without prior approval.
Freight charges on goods returned to be borne by the customer.
Special items manufactured to customer requirements will not be accepted for return.
Items accepted for return will incur a 10% restocking fee.

IMPORTANT
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Installation is an important process that requires utmost care as every application is different. Installation by a qualified installer is recommended. Reference should also be made to the Australian Standards regarding installation.

To the extent permitted by law, HRI does not provide any warranty in relation to bolts, screws or other fasteners provided with HRI products. You should satisfy yourself as to the suitability of the fasteners provided or obtain appropriate advice and assistance from a licensed tradesperson before affixing or installing any HRI products. Any publication or instructions relating to the products and fasteners are intended as an aid only and not as a substitute for professional judgement.

All quotations submitted by Hand Rail Industries include full cover under our product liability and public liability insurance.

GUARANTEE
HAND RAIL INDUSTRIES products are fully guaranteed against faulty workmanship and material defects subject to normal wear and tear of the product for a period of 5 years.

Hand Rail Industries will not accept liability for:
(1) Failure due to faulty or incorrect installation or maintenance.
(2) Modification or alteration of the product by persons or companies not under the direct control of Hand Rail Industries.
(3) Abuse of the product, exposure or chemical corrosion or abuse for any purpose other than which it was designed.

Special finishes or coating will be subject to the guarantee of the contracted supplier.

Items purchased for resale by Hand Rail Industries will be subject to the manufacturers guarantee.
